We process your data exclusively to provide and improve the Wusla platform: to match companions and facilitate communication between users.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests). Where appointment details involve health-related information, processing is additionally based on Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR (explicit consent).

5. Recipients of Personal Data

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes described in this policy:

• Hosting provider (Vercel Inc., US/EU) – website hosting and anonymized analytics
• Database provider (Supabase Inc., EU/Frankfurt) – data storage
• Email delivery service (Resend Inc., US) – transactional emails
• Payment processor (Stripe Inc., US) – payment processing
• AI service providers (Anthropic, US and OpenAI, US) – feedback analysis and follow-up detection
• Session recording and analytics (Microsoft Corporation, US) – only with your explicit consent

Where your data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
